Synopsis
Detective Mortensen is definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed, but in spite of his obvious incompetence he is tasked with a new assignment: to track down a group of drugdealing gangsters. Nothing good can come out of that situation and only coincidences and extreme luck with the investigation makes the rough road a bit smoother, although Mortensen's highly questionable methods constantly threatens to destroy the whole operation.
