BECK 38 - DJÄVULENS ADVOKAT
Synopsis
A man enters a restaurant and looks for its owner. After a short exchange of words, the owner gets shot and the killer disappears quickly. The murder seems to be a gang retaliation, and all the witnesses who were at the scene of the crime seem frightened and will say nothing of what happened. Under the leadership of newly-appointed group manager Alex, the group, together with the head of robbery Martin Beck, begin to investigate the murder. Steinar, the devoted family father, is in anything but a good mood when the marital happiness starts to crack. Oscar, Jenny and Ayda get caught between different loyalties until Martin Beck puts his foot down. And when the Beck group does not have any progress in the investigation, it turns out that the main suspect via his lawyer has family ties to one of the people in the group.
